What do you do when you are disconnected from the end users of your product? You start with a content strategy, create a community and engage them at every point during their normal lives. Creative Juices is the home of the UK and Irish creative community for Adobe, allowing like-minded create folk to get together and share, communicate and learn.
A cross-skilled team runs the community in conjunction with Adobe, bringing the best creative content to the Creative Juices audience. Concentrating on the three areas of (1) Adobe generated content (2) Co-created content and (3) User generated content the community has grown past 5,700 + members in a few short months and growing at 445% on a month-by-month basis.

Fans are great, but without interaction there is no ROI, through careful planning and management we are seeing over 4,800 unique interactions per month and thousands of post views daily driving traffic through to the other Adobe marketing channels.
How do you get people using your product more?
You develop a competition application in Facebook and use creativity to launch design competitions to stimulate the audience’s creative juices. From giving them some assets to play with to a blank canvas, we have run multiple competitions that allow the community and their friends to vote on the winners. Engaging the audience and creating a platform to share with other like-minded creative’s to bring them in to the group.
